q. I forgot my
password, how do I recover that information?
a. Please contact your nearest credit union branch during office
hours.

How do I change my E-mail address?
a. If your E-mail address has changed, please contact your
nearest credit union branch during office
hours to update your account information.
q.
How do I view my canceled checks?
a. Follow the steps below:
Log in to E-teller account access.
Click history.
Select the #9 account suffix.
Select the dates you wish to view.
Click Get History
Items appearing in the account
history in blue print are available to view and print. Simply click on the draft # that you would like to view.
q.
Is it possible to download account information to Quicken?
a. Yes you can download your
account information into Quicken.
Log in to E-teller account access.
Click history.
Select the date and account suffix criteria you want. Then scroll down to Output options and select Quicken Format Download.
Click Get History and
you should be prompted to save the file to your
computer. Once the file
is downloaded, open up Quicken and import (File, then import) that file. It should
create the account for you.
q.
I attempted to transfer money from one account to another account.
I received an error message.
How can I have my account set up to make this transfer?
a. For your account
safety and security we ask that you contact your nearest credit
union branch during office hours to arrange for the account transfer
feature.
q. How much
interest did I pay or receive last year?
a. Follow the steps
below:
Log in to E-teller account access.
Click
on tax information
You will be able to view the amount of interest paid or received last year and YTD.
